What's included in both plans?
Both plans include unlimited payment recovery, smart retry logic, personalized email sequences, real-time analytics, Stripe integration, and support. The only difference is the price.
Is the $49/mo pricing really locked in forever?
Yes. The first 100 users will pay $49/month for as long as they remain customers. Your rate will never increase, even if we raise prices for new customers.
Are there any setup fees or hidden costs?
No. The monthly fee is all you pay. No setup fees, no transaction fees, no percentage of recovered revenue. Just simple monthly billing.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime from your account settings or by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period. No cancellation fees.
What if I'm not in the first 100?
You'll pay $99/month when we launch. Still affordable compared to enterprise tools at $500+/month, but early adopters get the best deal.
Do you offer refunds?
We don't offer refunds for partial months, but you can cancel anytime and won't be charged for subsequent months.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards through Stripe. No PayPal or cryptocurrency at this time.
Do you offer annual billing?
